With Oracle Cloud 22C Update, Oracle has enhanced the Employment Info page. It now displays the salary changes along with assignment changes in the Employment History and Future Actions sections. This new enhancement optimizes time by avoiding multiple navigations by business users while viewing salary and assignment changes across employment transactions.

Support for guided journeys in talent manager
Talent management quick actions streamline your business processes for the Career Overview and Goals. With guided journeys, users get assistance in the form of tutorials, company policies, and best practices.
Configurable business title switcher in Talent Manager
Business title switcher allows users to easily identify the required assignment in the overview pages of the talent manager. Oracle 22C Talent Management Update also offers configuration features using which HR specialists can configure additional assignment attributes to display in the Business Title switcher with Search Configuration in HCM Experience Design Studio. You’ll find a business switcher in Goals and Performance Overview and Career Overview pages.
Questionnaires to survey employees
Questionnaires can now be previewed directly from the Search Results section of the setup page. There’s no need to navigate to the edit mode to preview them. Apart from single choice, multiple choice, or a date question in a questionnaire, respondents are allowed to comment along with their responses. There’s no need to create separate questions for requesting comments for each of these responses.
