Quality Expert Daryl Guberman Exposes Alleged Links Between International Accreditation Forum, North Korean Ammunition, and Global Industry Giants in Explosive Revelation.
In a recent video statement, Daryl Guberman, CEO of Guberman PMC LLC, a prominent quality consulting/ISO certification firm based in Connecticut, shed light on concerning revelations about the international accreditation landscape. With over 40 years of experience in the industry, Guberman highlighted the repercussions of North Korea’s former membership in the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) Inc. Delaware, from 2002 to 2008. In 2008 North Korea lost membership with IAF due to “lack of payment” See Here: https://youtu.be/Y5mcm58xhwc
The focus of Guberman’s remarks was on the alleged impact of North Korea’s accreditation period on the quality of ammunition provided to Russia. According to Guberman, the ammunition supplied by North Korea, certified under the standards of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the American National Accreditation Board (ANAB) ANSI took over complete control of ANAB in 2018 https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/ansi-acquires-full-ownership-of-anab-enhancing-accreditation-services-portfolio-across-global-market-300760006.html, has proven fatal for Russian soldiers. ANSI-ANAB are underwriters for the IAF and ILAC (International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation).
Guberman drew connections between the accreditation practices of North Korea during and after its IAF membership and the quality issues faced by major corporations like Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Boeing, and Lockheed Martin. He suggested that these companies, despite their association with ANSI-ANAB, have faced challenges related to quality processes, as evidenced by issues with the COVID-19 vaccine, contamination problems, skipping quality procedures and standards, along with documentation discrepancies and quality issues after producing 801 aircraft.
The expert delved into the influence of Chinese leadership in the IAF, with specific reference to Xiao Jianhua, a Chinese national who took over leadership in (2015-2021) and who was involved with USA quality since 1994, Guberman emphasized Xiao Jianhua’s involvement in the IAF and his connection to the China National Accreditation Services (CNAS) Beijing China. The video also raised questions about the broader implications of the IAF’s affiliations with Chinese entities, considering Xiao Jianhua’s alleged presence in a Wuhan Bio- level 4 lab in 2017.
Guberman concluded by asserting that North Korea, despite losing its IAF membership due to non-payment (2008), had absorbed quality practices from ANSI -ANAB. He argued that this accreditation may have contributed to the alarming explosions of North Korean ammunition in use by Russian forces.
The revelations in Guberman’s statement prompt a critical examination of international accreditation forum (IAF) in concert with ANSI-ANAB practices and their potential impact on global quality standards, processes, and procedures.
